A normal boy who suddenly joined that school. He was carried to the school by a big tortoise (kachua raja). He also had a paint brush by which he can use his magic.It was a anime/manga style cartoon. The main characters were a young brother and a sister. They used some sort of device to travel to magical lands, helped by an older professor. They used cards, which looked similar to pokemon cards, to call on magical creatures. The antagonist had a futuristic plane/aircraft and was heavily LGBTQ coded, like ...the yellow haired kid fails to use his powers while playing football but he then soon realizes that after he shaped hit hand in a triangular manner he was able to use his power and shoot the power powerfully.
