Near the top of the arm is a horizontal rod, the nut on the rod close to the arm is the locknut. Loosen the nut and spin the shaft. Check pedal movement. Adjust as required. My tiburon body has 300k+ miles on it currently the original motor had 212k on it when the last owner botched the timing belt job on it.
