A bad switch will kill both weld power and wire feed. A bad switch will also prevent power from getting to the rectifier. This morning I plugged it in and squeezed the trigger and the unit violently hummed and rattled. After trying a few times the breaker in my panel popped. After resetting breaker I noticed the wire was still feeding.Step 4: Re-seat the Trigger. place the trigger back into its housing. the little tabs sticking out at the front and back should fit easily into depressions in the gun body. Hello, I've had this for years w/gas bottle, and loved it so far! A few days ago trying to weld-up a snow blade for a 4-wheeler, It did fine for about 10 minutes, about 3-4 ins. of bead at a time, then quit putting anything out.I am going to look at a Lincoln SP 125 Plus later this afternoon and wondered if there is anything I should pay particular attention to. Does this machine have any quirks?
